Refund policy

We do not offer any exchange or refund for any orders placed on the website.

Should the product you have ordered is out of production, we will do a full refund via original payment mode. Please note that it will take up to an estimated 7 working days to process.

Exchange is only possible if the product is wrong or defected. To be eligible for returns, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will only do same product exchange; no change of colour, sizes or a different product is allowed. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Due to hygiene reasons, return of jewelry/intimate wear/swimwear will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your item, please email us at helloalodge@gmail.com regarding the reason for exchange and the item must be mailed back to us via registered mail within 7 working days. Postage fees will be borne by customers.

Return details to be submitted on the email include:
• order number
• reason for returns
• relevant images of defected area

Please allow us up to 3 working days to get back to you, rest assured that we will do our utmost to reply as soon as we can.

Alternatively, you may also wish to return the item to our office address. Item must be returned to us within 5 working days from the day you receive it.

We regret that any request for returns after the stated time frame will not be entertained.
